Agriturismo Raethia is located in the municipality of Valdidentro, on a sunny hillside in the hamlet of Pedenosso. It overlooks the valley with a breathtaking view, along the scenic road that leads to the Fraele Towers and the Cancano lakes.
The bright, welcoming spaces are part of an ancient building dating back to the second half of the 1700s, skillfully renovated to offer guests unforgettable moments of relaxation and friendship, all under the caring attention of the Pienzi family.
Agriturismo Raethia was born from the work of the namesake farm, passed down from father to son over the years. The farm raises pigs (used for local cured meats), as well as sheep, goats, and cattle — both for dairy and meat. The cheeses are produced exclusively in the Malga Val Vezzola during the summer season.
Here, in a warm, authentic, and family-style setting, you can enjoy traditional Valtellina cuisine with generous dishes such as homemade cured meats, hearty soups, sciatt, pizzoccheri, cheeses, meats from the family farm, and delicious desserts — all paired with fine Valtellina wines.
